Well, first off - you didn't create the test() function inside the class. You created it outside the class, but still in the same header file. You would need to try doing those same steps INSIDE the actual class. i.e.: inside the class braces, immediately under the destructor.
However, that being said, as much as I would love to have helped you to solve this, I unfortunately didn't have any more time to waste troubleshooting, so I simply uninstalled the entire suite and everything associated with it and reinstalled everything. Now it works fine - so I am unable to repro any longer. I do know that it started doing that shortly after installing/updating the 4.7 .NET stuff.
Thanks for trying though - you are appreciated - and if it ever crops up again, i will come back here and post a video/gif of the occurence. =)
