To uninstall Anaconda2, the Visual Studio installer calls out to a specific exe provided by the Anaconda installer. The name of this installer was changed in a recent update for the Anaconda package. Because of this, the Visual Studio installer now tries to uninstall the old build using the wrong file name, resulting in this warning.
Even though the old build fails to uninstall, the new one does install successfully. This can be considered a benign warning, and projects will continue to load and function properly.
The issue has been fixed in later builds. Once users have upgraded Visual Studio to version 15.7, future updates will not show this error.
