As far as I can tell, you've removed the structure guidelines support for C++, compared to VS2015 Productivity Power Tools. I see the option for it under Tools->Options->Text Editor, but with it checked I see nothing in C++ source files. I'm guessing it's there for C#, and maybe some others, but apparently not for C++. I've grown very fond of it since using it in VS2015, it helps greatly with visualizing where things are in my source files, especially combined with the map mode scroll bars, and losing it is a pretty big down side.
