I've just installed the Package Manager plugin for Visual Studio Team Services, set up a new nuget feed and posted a package to it. Everything seems to work quite well, except for the fact that the iconUrl tag doesn't seem to get parsed.
My nuspec file looks like this;
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <package xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/packaging/2010/07/nuspec.xsd"> <metadata> <id>amtFramework.angular</id> <version>1.3.33</version> <title>Amt Framework - Angular</title> <authors>author redacted</authors> <owners>owner redacted</owners> <requireLicenseAcceptance>false</requireLicenseAcceptance> <description>Set of Angular directives and services</description> <iconUrl>http://imgur.com/MjK44YH.png</iconUrl> <dependencies> </dependencies> </metadata> <files> <file src="dist\amt-deps.css" target="content\Content\amt-deps.css" /> <file src="dist\amt-framework.css" target="content\Content\amt-framework.css" /> <file src="dist\amt-deps.min.js" target="content\Scripts\amt-deps.min.js" /> <file src="dist\amt-framework.min.js" target="content\Scripts\amt-framework.min.js" /> </files> </package>
This config was working previously on our privately hosted nuget server/feed so I'm certain it's correct. I've also checked the Package Manager in the Visual Studio IDE (Enterprise 2015) and the icon doesn't display there either.
While it's a minor issue, it would be good to be able to display our branding instead of the default nuget icon.
