    I also have this problem in V2107 Professional 15.2. You can fix it by setting the Option:

    Tools->Options...->Text Editor->C/C++->Experimental->Enable Faster Project Load = False

    and then exit and restart.

    Sorry, the fix only went to 15.3 after all (did not pass the 15.1 & 2 bars). You can try 15.3 preview here: https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/preview/
