    This issue is read only, because it has been in Closed–Fixed state for over 90 days. It was closed for 871 days.

    I have installed the fix by upgrading to the latest version of Visual Studio. The issue is still not fixed:

    10 |40000 characters needed characters left characters exceeded

    I have installed the fix by upgrading to the latest version of Visual Studio. The issue is still not fixed:
