I have installed Visual Studio 2017 RC in my machine. I am trying to open one of my exisiting solution, but few of the projects fail to load. Upon some investigation, seems like Projects containing a WCF Workflow Service( Service.xamlx) are not supported in Visual Studio 2017 RC. Is that true? Can you please take a look?

This isn't actually a bug but a side effect of the new Visual Studio installation experience. In an effort to reduce the size and time to install many pieces that were installed by default are now marked as optional. The error message is cryptic and should be improved but you need to install the Office/SharePoint "Workload" to add WF support back to Visual Studio. I wrote a blog post detailing the issue and how to correct it. http://code-coverage.net/windows-workflow-foundation-build-errors-in-visual-studio-2017/
